Jennifer Dang is the School Director and a Board Member of Hanoi International Kindergarten (HIK), bringing nearly 20 years of experience in education, finance, and technology to her leadership role. With a vision for nurturing confident, globally minded children, she is dedicated to creating a warm and inspiring learning environment for every child at HIK

Jennifer earned her MBA with honors in the United States and built a successful career at leading multinational companies, including 7-Eleven Headquarters, Michaels Art & Crafts, and Narita Research Institute (USA branch). Her international background allows her to blend real-world knowledge with a deep passion for early childhood education.

At HIK, Jennifer focuses on developing both academic and life skills in young learners—encouraging creativity, emotional intelligence, and curiosity from the very start. She is also the founder and lead mentor of the Elite Program, which introduces children to age-appropriate concepts in finance, AI, leadership, and communication, helping them build a strong foundation for future success.

Jennifer is committed to working hand-in-hand with families and educators to ensure each child feels valued, supported, and prepared for a bright future.
